UnderTone Music and Fine Arts is music and arts program that serves youth by teaching them to play an instrument, and give instructional art sessions. This program operates Tues-Thurs, 5-9p, through a Non profit organization called H.A.R.T. to HEART, in partnership with Carver Community Center. On the music side, kids are able to learn various instruments with an emphasis on the genre of gospel music, but are also able to learn songs outside of that genre as well; They are also learning from some of the best musicians in the city of Kokomo and in the Midwest. The art program serves as an outlet for youth to come and express themselves while they explore a multitude of art mediums.
