2025 JUNETEENTH VENDOR ENTRY FORM

DEADLINE June 6th, 2025

The entry fee* for a 10x10 booth space is $35 for information/provider booths, and $60 for a merchandise booth

due no later than May 31st, 2025.

*Food truck/food vendor entry fees have been covered by a sponsor


Vendor agrees to remain open during the entire food sales time, commencing at 3:00p.m. and ending at 11:00 p.m. Set up is no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the event.


Water and electrical hook-ups will be provided; however, tents, lights, tables, chairs or any other equipment will not be provided. The vendor must obtain a food permit from the Board of Health at least 8 days before the event and successfully complete a food inspection by the Board on the day of the event.

Completion of this Entry Form and compliance with its terms guarantees you space, assigned by Carver Center, at the Summer Celebration.

 

In case of rain or other inclement weather occurring during the event, the entry fee will not be refunded.
