The entry fee for a 10x10 booth space, $150 for a food truck/vendor, $35 for information/provider booths, and merchandise booth $60 due no later than May 31st, 2025.
Vendor agrees to remain open during the entire food sales time, commencing at 3:00p.m. and ending at 11:00 p.m. Set up is no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
Water and electrical hook-ups will be provided; however, tents, lights, tables, chairs or any other equipment will not be provided. The vendor must obtain a food permit from the Board of Health at least 8 days before the event and successfully complete a food inspection by the Board on the day of the event.
